What to Expect

Cooking Instruction
1. Rinse dry ingredients. Add 1.2L of water into a pot and add in dry ingredients. When the liquid boils, turn to low heat and simmer with lid on for 45 minutes.
2. In the mean time, place chicken in a separate pot and fill with tap water. Blanch chicken under medium-low heat for a few minutes until liquid boils and a layer of impurities formed. Rinse chicken and set aside.
3. After 45 minutes, place chicken into the soup and cook for another 30 minutes.
