1. What is The Daily Chefs meal kit?

We deliver freshly cleaned, prepped and portioned ingredients, along with step-by-step cooking instruction for you to prepare home-cooked meals easily.

2. How long can the kits last?

Our ingredients should stay fresh in the fridge for at least 4-5 days. 

3. How do I store the meal kits?

Keep the fresh ingredients in the chiller and proteins in the freezer. Check out detail storage instruction here.

4. Do you provide cooking instruction?

Yes we do! Cooking instructions are available on our website as well as on the QR code printed on each kit we send out. 

5. How do you deliver the orders?

We deliver our orders with on-demand delivery service providers, such as: Lalamove, Borzo & Grab. A tracking link will be sent to your email once the rider has picked up your order.

6. How often do you update your menu?

Our menu are updated weekly on every Wednesday night.

7. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

You may cancel your order 2 days before your scheduled delivery day. Any cancellation will be refunded as store credits/store voucher. Please refer to our refund/return policy for more information.
