How to Store the Product?

We will be packing the ingredients to be stored in fridge and freezer separately for easy storage.

• Keep the kits in the chiller right after receiving your order.

• Keep protein in the freezer if you are not planning to cook them on the day you received the package.


To Defrost:

[RECOMMENDED] Leave frozen protein/broth overnight in the chiller.

• Soak the pack of protein in a bowl of room temperature water (change the water every 15 mins). The protein should be thawed in 20-30 minutes.


NOTE:

Never thaw meat on countertop in room temperature / in hot water. The centre of the meat might still frozen as it thaws, but the centre layer will be in “danger zone” (between 4ºc - 60ºc), where the bacteria multiply rapidly!
