CNY 2022 Frequently Asked Question
1. When is the delivery period for CNY menu?
You may choose your preferred delivery slot between 26/01 - 30/01 during check out.
(Slots availability are first come first serve)
2. Can I order some of the CNY recipes to be delivered with my weekly order?
Unfortunately we are unable to fulfil any dishes from CNY collection at this moment. We will contact you and schedule a slot between 26/01 - 30/01 for your CNY order.
3. How do I store the meal kits?
Keep the fresh ingredients in the fridge and proteins in the freezer. Storage instruction will be provided.
4. Do you provide cooking instruction?
Yes we do! Cooking instructions are available on our website as well as on the QR code printed on each kit we send out.
5. How do you deliver the orders?
We deliver our orders with on-demand delivery service providers, such as: Lalamove, Borzo & Grab. Your order will be delivered in 2 hours from your selected time (e.g. if you have selected 11am slot, your order will be delivered between 11am-1pm).
A tracking link will be sent to your email once the rider has picked up your order.
6. Can I cancel my order for CNY and get a refund?
Order cancellation by before 24/01/2021 will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, and will be refunded in TDC store credit if eligible. Any cancellation request after 24/01/2021 will not be allowed.
